• Service contracts are formed directly between the customer and the service professional upon booking confirmation.

3. Bookings, Fares & Payments

• Service charges are determined by predefined rates, inspection quotes, or hourly labor fees.
• Payment may be completed via cash upon completion, in-app wallet balance, or secure online card transactions.
• Cancellations made after provider dispatch or outside the free cancellation window may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Customer & Provider Standards

• Customers agree to provide a safe working environment and accurate service descriptions.
• Providers agree to deliver services professionally, punctually, and in compliance with industry trade standards.
• Abuse, harassment, or unsafe practices will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party services or unauthorized system access.
